Buckwheat bread which is soft in texture, delicious and ideal for your breakfast. Eat it with beet hummus, chicken liver pate or plant based cheese.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1.5 Tsp himalaya salt
  • 200-250 g GF buckwheat flour
  • 100 g seeds (e.g. sunflower, hemp seeds)
  • 1 Tbsp GF baking powder or psyllium
  • 300 g plant based yoghurt or milk


Whisk in a bowl eggs, salt, honey, oil and yohurt/milk. 

In another bowl mix soda/psyllium and seeds.

Mix all ingredients together.

Put the dough into baking tray which is covered with baking paper and bake at 190’c (or with ventilation 175’c) 30-45 min.
