These dairy and white sugar free chocolate bites are an ideal snack for a chocolate lover.

For 1 dl cocoa butter take:
0,5 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp cocoa powder + 1 Tbsp carob powder
0,5 tsp lucuma powder
0,5 tsp maca powder
8 tsp coconut sugar

Place into individual paper serving tray:
Dried plums (previously sliced)
Cocoa nibs
Inca berries


Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Melt all the ingredients listed under ingredients section at 60 degrees Celsius (higher temperature damages valuable ingredients and lower temperature does not allow melting properly).

You can also prepare a bigger amount at the same time, for example 4 dl cocoa butter and increasing the other ingredients proportionally.

Place into every paper tray the following before adding the melted chocolate mass onto it:
Dried plum pieces, cocoa nibs and inca berries.

Cool down in refridgerator for about 1-2 hours before consumption.

Make sure to buy the paper serving trays.
